Cooperation

Cooperation or co-operation is the process of working or acting together. In its simplest form it involves things working in harmony, while in its more complicated forms, it can involve something as complex as the inner workings of a human being or even the social patterns of a nation. It is the opposite of working separately in competition. Cooperation can also be accomplished by computers, which can handle shared resources simultaneously, while sharing processor time.

Distance education

Distance education or distance learning is a field of education that focuses on teaching methods and technology with the aim of delivering teaching, often on an individual basis, to students who are not physically present in a traditional educational setting such as a classroom. It has been described as "a process to create and provide access to learning when the source of information and the learners are separated by time and distance, or both."] Distance education courses that require a physical on-site presence for any reason (including taking examinations) have been referred to as hybrid courses of study.

The chairman is Mr. Hedley

The interviewers are:

 Mr. Khaled Husain & Mr. Khalifa Omar

The reporter: Mr. Khaled Omar

Mr. Hedley started the interview by welcoming the candidate & he asked him the first question.

1.       Tell me about yourself

-          My name is Ali Hassan. I work for company called TRANSCO.  I am 23 years old and in my free time I play football, go swimming and traveling.

Then Khalifa asked him the next questions:

2.       What is your greatest strength?

-          I have a lot of strengths. I speak 3 languages, Arabic, English and Urdu.

3.       Why should I hire you?

-          I wish to work in your company to improve my career and skills.

4.       Do you consider yourself creative? Give me an example of your creativity.

-          I cannot say I am creative all the time but I work with pressure and after work take time to finish my work.

Then Khaled Husain asked the next questions:

5.       Can you work with pressure?

-          It is easy for me to work with pressure.

6.       What about if your manager asks you to work after working hours?

-          Yes, I will work.

At the end the chairman Mr. Hedley asked the last question:

7.       Do you have any questions for us?

-          Yes, what is my salary?

-          Your salary will be around  Dhs. 35,000

Mr. Hedley thanked the candidate Mr. Ali Hassan for attending the interview.
